Job Responsibilities

  • Handling of incoming calls and attending customer enquiries
  • Responsible to Customer Service Department day-to day service desks activities
  • Provide sales support to a team of field sales executives
  • Allocate and processes orders and provide delivery information
  • Liaise with customers on re-order and delivery date
  • Handle Dissatisfied customers in as polite and professional way
  • Maintain good filing system of customer inquiries for future reference
  • Track and follow-up all customer requests in timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level /STPM/ or any field.
  • We are looking for individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Experience in customer service roles is desirable but not essential, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Must).
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literature & Good Attitude.
