• Picking up items and delivering them to customers or designated locations.
• Must follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the supervisor.
• Responsible for loading and unloading items from their vehicle. This can involve lifting and carrying packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Able to do OT on rotating Saturday.

• Provide technical sales support to the local/overseas team.
• Attend to customers onsite and trouble-shooting for related applications.

• Handle daily purchasing process function including receiving invoice, issue orders, tracking payment status and expediting delivery schedule
• Receive material order forms from departments and place orders

• Process order thru JDE system
• Follow up on customer’s pending order, backorder and shipment status
• Handles telephone calls, sales enquiry, sales reservation, customer’s complaint and discrepancies

• Responsible for growing existing and new local markets for industrial components
• Provide customers with technical advice and trouble shooting for related applications
• Design and conduct technical training for customers

• Participate in design, development, testing and implementation of applications
• Support daily operations and end user requirements
• Maintain and improve current systems and operations

Customer Service Support: 

a. Handling incoming enquiries, live chat

b. Coordinate e-shop customer registration, order processing, e-marketplace coordination (Shopee, Eezee, etc)

System Support

a.  System support for systems that already go live

b. Liaison between end-users and developers by understanding user needs, communicating issues, and facilitating effective resolutions without necessarily engaging in programming.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.).
• Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availability, pricing, and delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipment etc.
• Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments.
• Liaise with warehouse department to prepare shipment.
• Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing order, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices, and other necessary paperwork.

• Good hands on skill and familiar with maintenance tools
• Able to installs and tests products to make sure it works correctly
• Able to read and follow installation and operation manuals
• Responds to service requests and attend site independently
• Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical systems
• Follow safety procedure during maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

• Identifying and establishing existing and new business opportunities in area such as Mechanical / Reliability / Power Transmission  / Robotics Automation (Optional)
