Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.)
  • Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availability, pricing and delivery deadlines 
  • Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipment etc
  • Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments
  • Liaise with warehouse department to prepare shipment
  • Perform daily tasks including preparing quotations, processing order, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices, and other necessary paperwork
  • Prepare contract review, tender files and tender documents 
  • Understand product range in general
  • Perform other admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE “O’ levels or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years’ working experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Experience in handling overseas suppliers/customers
  • Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
