Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.)
- Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availability, pricing and delivery deadlines
- Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipment etc
- Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments
- Liaise with warehouse department to prepare shipment
- Perform daily tasks including preparing quotations, processing order, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices, and other necessary paperwork
- Prepare contract review, tender files and tender documents
- Understand product range in general
- Perform other admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O’ levels or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years’ working experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Experience in handling overseas suppliers/customers
- Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
