Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.).
- Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availability, pricing, and delivery deadlines.
- Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipment etc.
- Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments.
- Liaise with warehouse department to prepare shipment.
- Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing order, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Follow-up quotations, payments.
- Prepare contract review and tender files.
- Understand products range in general.
- Perform other admin duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least GCE “O” levels or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Experience in handling overseas suppliers/ customers
- Customer Service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills and able to talk with people from different countries and with various cultural background.
- Meticulous in work
- Proficient in MS Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, and doing general calculation).
- Proficient in MS Powerpoint is a plus point
