Direct Drive Rotary Servo Motor (DDR Motor) is the core component for industrial high-precision rotary indexing. It adopts a gearless direct-drive structure to completely eliminate transmission errors and achieve zero-backlash rotary motion. With ±1.5~3 arc sec repeat positioning accuracy and 5~500 N·m standard torque, its body diameter ranges from 40-600mm with brake customization available. It is divided into three series: DDR-I Inner Rotor, DDR-E Outer Rotor and DDR-G Coreless Rotor. Featuring high-speed response, low wear and long service life, it is the optimal direct-drive rotary solution for precision turntables and indexing.
The motor covers 40-600mm in diameter and supports brake customization. It has three core structure series: DDR-I iron core inner rotor (compact, high-efficiency, low inertia for high-frequency positioning), DDR-E iron core outer rotor (high torque, high rigidity, large hollow bore) and DDR-G coreless inner rotor (zero speed ripple, ultra-smooth motion). All series adopt full closed-loop control with 20-24bit high-resolution encoders, no intermediate transmission parts, zero backlash and zero mechanical wear. The high-rigidity body adapts to high-speed and high-frequency start-stop conditions.
It is widely used in semiconductor equipment, lithium battery coating machines, printing rollers, indexing turntables, glass cutting, machine tools and automated heavy-duty turntables.
